The Apple Gold Group, franchisee of Applebee’s Neighborhood Grill and Bars in North Carolina, South Carolina, Oklahoma and Arkansas, is proud to have helped the Tulsa Razors Softball Team raise over $2,000 at a recent Flapjack Fundraiser. All proceeds raised will go towards registration fees and travel expenses.
"We enjoyed working with the Tulsa Razors and are glad their fundraiser was a success," said Michael Olander, President and CEO of the Apple Gold Group. "We wish them a great season and the best of luck."
The Tulsa Razors fundraiser was hosted on March 3, 2012, by the Applebee’s restaurant located at 9409 E. 71St St., Tulsa, OK. The organization sold 190 tickets and an additional $858 in donations was collected. Breakfast included a short stack of pancakes, sausage, milk, juice and coffee.
Applebee’s is proud to partner with any local non-profit organization as a way to raise money for their cause. From ticket sales to event-day staff, the breakfasts are managed by the non-profit organization with the assistance of Applebee’s employee volunteers. Breakfasts can be held on Saturday or Sunday morning, and cost the organization around $2 a meal.
